How long will my order take?
Each Her Label piece is made to order, which means it’s created especially for you once you’ve checked out.
Production usually takes 3–5 business days, and then shipping adds another 2–5 business days within the UK. But generally orders arrive within a week.
During busy seasons (like Christmas), please allow a little extra time.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! If something’s not quite right, you can request a refund or replacement.
Since each piece is made to order, items can’t be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, just contact me via the "get in touch" page on the website or send me a dm on Instagram. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
How do the sizes fit?
All garments are unisex fit, meaning they’re slightly relaxed and comfy.
If you prefer a more fitted look, you can size down. For a looser, oversized feel, size up.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Her Label ships within the UK — but international shipping may be added soon! (If you’re outside the UK and would love to order, drop me a message — I’m always happy to look into it.)
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK), please contact me at via the "get in touch" page on the website so I can look into it for you.
Do you do custom designs or personalisation?
Occasionally, yes! If you have an idea in mind or want to tweak one of the designs, just message me — I love creating something extra special.
